By accessing and using the Made With GSAP platform, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. These terms govern your use of the tutorials, effects, code snippets, and other resources available on Made With GSAP. Please read them carefully.
License to Use
Upon purchasing access to Made With GSAP, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use, modify, and adapt the effects, code snippets, and resources provided on the platform for personal and commercial projects. You may not redistribute, resell, or share the resources with others.
Account and Access
- Each user must have their own account. Account sharing is strictly prohibited.
- Access to the platform is granted with a one-time payment, and there is no subscription model.
- You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activities that occur under your account.
Account and Access
You may:
- Use the effects, resources, and code snippets in your own projects.
- Modify or adapt the code to suit your specific needs.
- Integrate the effects into commercial or personal projects.
Prohibited Uses
You may not:
- Resell, redistribute, or relicense the effects, code snippets, or any part of the resources in any form (including on marketplaces, websites, themespre-build themes, or through other distribution methods).
- Sell templates that are substantially similar to the ones provided through Made With GSAP.
- Use the effects, code, or templates to build or create a licensing system or distribute the resources through any other platform or service, paid or free.
- Recreate or replicate our effects on other platforms (included WordPress themes, Framer and Webflow templates, or any other marketplace or distribution method) and distribute/sell them, with or without attribution.
Account Termination
- We reserve the right to terminate your account at any time, without notice, if we suspect that the terms and conditions are being violated.
- If your account is terminated for any reason, you will lose access to the platform and all associated resources.
No Warranty or Liability
- Made With GSAP provides its effects, resources, and code snippets "as is." We make no warranties or guarantees regarding their performance, suitability, or compatibility for your projects.
- We will not be held liable for any issues, losses, or damages incurred as a result of using the effects or code, whether they are used as intended or modified.
- If you encounter any issues, you agree that Made With GSAP will not be held responsible or liable.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time, with or without prior notice. You are encouraged to review these terms regularly to stay informed of any updates. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any changes to these terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes arising from the use of the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that region.
